AI Hiring Scams: How Deepfake Interviews and Fake CVs Fool Employers

It's actually not just job seekers getting scammed these days...

Hiring managers are getting played.

Many don't even realize it:

-> Candidates who barely know whats on their own CV.

And yet, bad hires still slip through. Why?

Because too many hiring processes are still surface level and outdated.

Soon our video interviews may need to start by asking candidates to stand up & point to something in the room - just to confirm they're real and not an AI generated face on a fake video feed.

If you're not validating skills, verifying identity, or pressure testing experience, you are not hiring. 

You're simply guessing.

In 2025, the bar needs to be higher.
